We have the first years one - exactly the one that you linked to. I will tell you that it didn't fit in the back seat of my Jetta, so if you have a smaller car it won't work rear facing even with the headrest removed. I bought a Britax Roundabout 50 for my car. We use the first years one in my husband's Blazer and love it. It's easy to install and very sturdy. It's super comfortable for baby and my 2 year old niece used it when they were visiting and it was really easy to adjust to her and she seemed to like it as well.
